Community Day – March 9, 2019
The Courage to Be: Taking Root Downward & Bearin Fruit Upward
All members of 8th Day Faith Community are warmly invited to our annual Community Day on Saturday, March 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Dayspring Farmhouse in Germantown, Maryland.
Community Day is a time in late winter when we gather to explore a particular theme; to spend an hour "walking and talking" with another Eighth Day member; to share lunch; to sing and enjoy fellowship. Our theme this year is The Courage to Be: Taking Root Downward and Bearing Fruit Upward. Below is a draft agenda.
(As always, we will arrange and share rides. Contact Marja Hilfiker (eilamarjk@gmail.com or 202 387-2347 if you need a ride or can give one.)
