If you have not yet been on a silent retreat, perhaps because you're new, perhaps because you've been afraid to try it, Dayspring is introducing two new retreats this year with such people in mind—“Exploring Silence: An Introduction to Silent Retreat.”  Seasoned retreatants are welcome as well, of course.  The first is Sunday, May 4th, from 2:30-5:30.  Ann Dean will be leading, offering several brief meditations to help people enter into the silence.  There is no need to register, and there is no cost, though donations are welcome.  A flyer is attached if you wish to distribute it.

Other upcoming opportunities include:
·         Good Friday Quiet Day, from 10-4 on April 18th.  Peter Bankson is leading.  Please call or e-mail the retreat office to register.  There is no cost, bring a bag lunch.
·         “Peculiar Treasures—Opening to Call,” an Open Retreat May 16-18 with Rev. Carlyle Gill.  I have also attached a flyer for this one in case anyone wants to share that with their community.
